Unique leather design with 5 exterior pockets, one large one on the back for files, one side pocket for your cell phone, the opposite side one has 3 credit card pockets, 2 pen loops and a key ring, the front two are spacious with additional pockets inside.  The large interior compartment has a padded lap top computer case and 2 sections for files.  Top handle is padded for comfort and a detachable shoulder strap with non-slip shoulder pad completes this case.  Case is accented with brushed chrome clips and closures.
